 With over 30 years in healthcare revenue cycle leadership, she specializes in evaluating how revenue is generated, managed, and optimized across operational workflows.

Her expertise includes revenue cycle operations, workflow redesign, payer alignment, and performance improvement; allowing her to identify root-cause issues that impact revenue before they appear in reporting.

Through a structured approach, she helps organizations improve cash flow, reduce denials, strengthen compliance, and create operational accountability.
